All cleaning services provided by Glorica Cleaning Services are governed by an agreed written scope of work and quotation approved by the client.

2. Health, Safety & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe access, active electrical power, and water supply for cleaning operations.

3. Payment & Billing

Invoicing terms are structured according to individual commercial contracts or upfront residential booking confirmation.
